Our Story
I’m Kaitlin Beachy — hospitality professional, MBA graduate, wife, and mother of three young children. I believe travel should create space — space to reconnect, to celebrate, to rest, and to be fully present with the people who matter most.
Too often, though, the planning process does the opposite. Endless research, scattered details, and logistical decisions can quietly overshadow the very experience you’re looking forward to. That’s where I come in.
My career began in the hospitality industry, working in hotel sales across Columbus, San Jose, San Francisco, and Cincinnati, and ultimately serving as Director of Sales & Marketing in Cincinnati. Along the way, I earned my MBA, strengthening my foundation in strategy, negotiation, and operations — skills that now serve my clients every day. Those years gave me a behind-the-scenes understanding of how exceptional travel experiences are designed, from thoughtful room selection and strategic partnerships to anticipating needs before they arise. I learned how properties operate, what truly elevates a stay, and how much the right details matter.
Today, I bring that expertise to every itinerary I design. I genuinely love the planning process — researching destinations, refining pacing, securing the right accommodations, and coordinating the pieces that make a trip feel seamless. My role is to simplify decisions, manage logistics, and create clarity so you don’t carry the mental load.
As a wife and mom to a five-year-old, three-year-old, and one-year-old, I also understand firsthand that meaningful travel doesn’t happen by accident. Whether it’s a family vacation, time away as a couple, or gathering with close friends, I approach each trip with intention. The goal isn’t simply to travel — it’s to create the right environment for connection.
